Tired of snapping rusted and seized exhaust studs on your Honda/Acura? Check out the JDC Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit! Designed to fit most common Honda and Acura engines, our titanium hardware is heat resistant and rust-proof!
The JDC titanium stud kit is made from a Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium and incorporates a hex key tip that allows them to be easily installed using an Allen wrench.
Using the factory turbo to manifold bolts and studs with an aftermarket manifold or turbo can result in stripped or broken bolts and inadequate sealing force, which will result in an exhaust leak. This kit will allow you to properly seal the exhaust manifold to the turbo and will never rust or corrode!
*The same studs will fit multiple vehicles. Please check the clearance and thread pitch on your manifold before ordering. Some manifolds will have less clearance than others. These are 1.25 thread pitch. We do not accept returns on custom-colored parts, so please make sure you know what you're ordering!
